I write this in the morning.
Yesterday night i didn't sleep.
Well,maybe I was too more to sleep in morning.
SO i don't have sleepiness.
At now, I still feel not tire.
I usually hard to sleep in night recently.
I think that is because I am used to go to bed at deep in the night.
IT is not good for my health.
I think I need to turn my sleep time back.
Well,I will feel try at lesson,and can't learn .
Maybe I should do some exercise before sleep.
And have some milk.
It has a say that is good for sleep.
